ENGRAVING BY ST. LOUIS LASER

Engraving Equipment

We operate a Trotec Speedy 300 CO2 laser engraver and a Newing-Hall rotary/diamond drag engraver, both computer controlled. With this equipment we can engrave wood, leather, acrylic, anodized aluminum, laminated and phenolic/lamacoid plastics as well as silver and brass materials and lacquer coated brass. Products include asset tags, labels, name tags, signs as well as brass and stainless I.D. items. We specialize in control panel labels, knobs and switches for aircraft, boats and industrial applications.

Now offering new Rowmark Safe-T-Mark as an alternative to lamacoid and phenolic materials. This new material compares favorably to lamacoid/phenolic in flame tests and electrical conductivity without the brittle and fragile nature of lamacoid.

Engraving Precision

The most significant advantage of laser engraving is its ability to reproduce precise images of the art input into the computer on a wide variety of materials. High quality art produces a high quality image.
